We typically respond by the next business day. Sending additional emails will only slow down the process. Please send one email and wait at least 48 hours for a reply.
If you still don't receive a response, our email was probably deleted by your Internet Service provider by mistake , or stuck in your SPAM folder or SPAM filter. You may have entered your email address incorrectly when you completed the contact form.
Increasingly, ISPs (ex., earthlink.net, comcast.net,
AOL) and mail services (ex., Hotmail, Yahoo) are using filtering
systems to try and keep spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes,
though, they accidentally filter the e-mail that you do want to receive.
We all have to deal, unfortunately, with the fallout of what spammers do to the Internet.
Naturally, you want to keep spam out. And
you want to receive important communications, like Support
e-mail, your payment receipt, which includes your access passwords, and
any other e-mail that you request.
To make sure that our email is not
deleted or filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add the
following domain to your list of trusted senders/your
address book/contact list (in your e-mail software) and to your ISP/mail service's whitelist.
@tunza-products.com
This
should guarantee that you will receive the e-mails you need. Whitelisting will signal your ISP (Internet Service provider) that our emails to you are OK, and to allow
them to pass thru to your email box.
Whitelisting domains from within your email software
Most e-mail software now has both built-in spam-filtering and whitelisting features.
You can also create your own special filters to
accept and file incoming e-mail, and to trash other ones. See your software's
help menu for information about spam filters, whitelisting, and creating your own filters,
so that you can instruct your email software to accept all email from the domain: @tunza-products.com
If you are using a client-side third-party spam filter (ex., McAfee SpamKiller) to augment
your e-mail software, please indicate to that filtering software to accept email from the tunza-products.com domain.
Either add the tunza-products.com domain (listed on the page underneath this one)
to some kind of a white list (or a "good list" or similar name),
or click to indicate that mail filtered into a "Junk" folder is
not junk -- all systems follow similar patterns, but the
names may change. It is usually pretty straight forwad, but you may need to search
your email software's help for a bit of direction.
