I ordered but did not receive my download!

There is no need to panic! There is no need to open a dispute with your credit card company, call, or notify the Marines/US army, or the district attorney.

Typically, a non receipt problem comes down to simply not receiving our email.


It could be in a spam folder, or your ISP may have simply deleted our email by mistake.

If you have already ordered and have not yet received your download instructions, please keep the following in mind:

Most of our products are delivered instantly after your order, either by direct download, or an email which includes a link to the download.

For paypal payments, after you order you would have seen a link that says "RETURN TO MERCHANT". That link would have returned you to our website where you would have been able to download right away.

1. Download instructions are sent to the email address you entered on the order form.
Paypal payments are emailed to the paypal email address you registered with PayPal. Is your paypal email address up to date? Did you check that email account?

2. The download instructions sometimes end up in the "junk mail" or "spam" folders, especially on free email services such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

3. Though the email or download page is provided right after you order, it may take several mnutes if there was en email dispatched to arrive at your email box.

Some of our products incur a 48 hour processing delay. This would have been stated on the order form. Even if your card has already been charged, it does not mean the processing is completed, even thou the card is usually charged immediately), the unlock code must be manually generated and emailed to you. In this case, you should wait at least 48 hours for a real human to process your code.

If you are sure you have not received your download instructions within the time mentioned on the order form, please see: Whitelisting our email address (this will ensure you will receive our emails) 

Then contact us , include your receipt, the product you are referring to, the method of payment, along with anything else that will us help locate your order, and we will have the email sent again.
